Because if you're not watching Doctor Who, you're entirely missing out on what awesome really is.
Dalek Sec, AKA the Black Dalek: leader of the Cult of Skaro and one of only a handful of daleks to be given both a name and complete free will. Creepy, conniving, ruthless.
Pure awesome.
I love daleks for the simple reason they are completely, utterly, absolutely inhuman monsters right down to the core. Dalek Sec was the worst of them that I've ever seen (keeping in mind that there's something like 30+ years of Doctor Who that I missed out on due to not being alive/British), and therefore he was absolute love.
Unless you count events at the end of Daleks in Manhatten and all of Evolution of the Daleks, of course, which both really kind of made me sulk.
I absolutely love the way you did all the light sources, especially with the eye stalk. Great work .

You know I've watched a few episodes of Doctor Who and I like what I see. Except I rarely have the time to watch the show. Heck I rarely have the time to watch ANY tv lately.
Might have to get my friends to burn the series from the computer for me!

Thanks! I spent probably the most time trying to get the eyestalk to look right. In the absence of actual eyes, that struck me as the most important part to focus on.
I'm just proud that I could actually paint something mechanical and make it look good. :3
I know how that goes. My TV isn't hooked up to anything except my Playstation 2 because I'm too busy to watch anything when it's on, and when I have time there's nothing but garbage on any of the channels. If I want to watch anything, I just get curious enough to download it and then I can watch it at my convenience instead of the network's. If I find that I love it, I buy it when I've got the monies. This is definitely on my wishlist. ;3
If I could, I'd lend you what I've got. I've burned everything up to the most recent episode to DVD because there's no way I'm letting this series go. Alas, I'm getting even my mother hooked on this thing, and she has my first two discs yet. X3
Still, however you can get ahold of it, do so. I hereby command. ;3 It has its moments of cheese, but overall it's made of win.
